PRIVACY POLICY

  1. When placing an order, the Client will be required to enter their personal information, including first and last name, address, identity card number, email address, as well as pertinent credit card and/or PAYPAL account information, such as credit card type, number and expiration date. The Site and/or the Company shall not be responsible for any error in making an order resulting from incorrect details by the Client to the website’s system.
  2. In the event that the Client chooses not to leave credit card details and/or use a PayPal account, the order will not be deemed incomplete and invalid.
  3. Filling out of the order form constitutes consent on behalf of the Client that the details and any data obtained on the basis of these details will be held in one or more of the Company’s databases anyone acting on its behalf. This information is used for the following purposes:
  • Marketing, advertising, sales promotion and sales, and for the purpose of contacting the Client in any manner, including by means of direct mail in any media that the Company deems necessary, including in writing, in print, telephone, text message, facsimile, computerized or any other means of communication.
  • Marketing methods to encourage Client loyalty, analysis and statistical research, conducting surveys and any other online use in connection with marketing.
  • For the internal needs of the Website and/or the Company, including for the purpose of investigating complaints and/or audits.
  • For the purpose of mailing marketing and advertising material, including through cookies, so that such use of Client details will not be considered an infringement of privacy.
  1. The Client agrees that such information shall be deemed as the property of the Website and/or the Company, and the Client hereby waives any claim and/or suit in respect of the use and/or ownership of such information, including waiving any claim under the Protection of Privacy Israeli Law of 1981.
  2. The Website and/or the Company shall not be considered as having breached any obligation or infringement of the privacy of the Client due to any information as defined in the Computer Israeli Law of 1995, which will be used identify Clients by the Website and/or Company, particularly through electronic communication.
  3. The Site and/or the Company shall not disclose the Client’s details, except in one of the following cases:
  • A communication has been received of legal action taken against the Website and/or the Company in respect to actions performed by the Client, and in any dispute, claim, claim, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between the Client and the Company.

  • In each of the above circumstances, the Client shall have no claim or demand against the Website and/or the Company in connection with the delivery of the Client’s details as stated, and hereby waives any such claim and/or claim.
  1. The Principal hereby expressly acknowledges the use of the information contained in the Order Form and acknowledges that the use of such information shall not be deemed to infringe upon her/his privacy and she/he shall not be entitled to any remedy and/or compensation whatsoever.
  2. In marking the possibility of the site sending to the Client updates and marketing content, the Client declares that it allows the Website and/or the Company to use its details as provided for marketing purposes.
  3. The client may request that it be removed from the mailing list for marketing content at any time by sending an e-mail request to the site’s management and/or through the newsletter.
  4. It is hereby clarified that the Website and/or the Company do not store or maintain the details of the Client’s credit card in their system.
  5. The Website and/or the Company use the highest security standards in order to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of the information and the privacy of the Client. However, the Website and/or the Company shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused to the Client, if any, due to use of the Website, and if information is lost or accessed by a hostile entity and/or used without authorization.
