How do I care for my bag?

All DAME bags are made out of leather and, as such, should not be exposed to sunlight for extended periods of time. To ensure longevity and cleanliness inside the bag, we recommend placing cosmetics and perfumes in the smaller pouch inside. In addition, we recommend gently rubbing a thin layer of an oil-based leather protector on the exterior of the bag every few months to protect it from humidity and to breathe new life into it. Such an oil can be found at most shoe stores.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, visit our website and click on “Bags”.

To complete your purchase, click on the items you are interested in, choose a bag, its color and size, and add it to your shopping cart. Once you’ve selected all of your desired items, go to the shopping cart where you will be able to choose your form of payment, either a credit card or PayPal. Next, choose your preferred method of shipment. All of the details of your purchase and the shipment will be email to you directly. Your bag is on its way!

Can I place a phone order?

Absolutely! Our client service representatives are available Sunday-Thursday, between the hours 10:00am – 4:00pm (GMT+3) at +972-52-6366296.

Can I order a bag that is no longer in stock?

If you’re interested in a bag that is no longer available, email us at info@damebags.com and we’ll let you know if and when it will be back in stock.
